Refund policy

We want you to be thrilled with your 3D-printed arrivals. If things aren't quite right, here is how we handle returns.


Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with any included accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Packing: As 3D prints are fragile, please ensure the item is packed securely. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive broken due to insufficient return packaging.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate the damage and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Note: Minor surface variations or visible layer lines are a natural characteristic of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised Products: Any custom-made or personalised items (such as custom name keychains or specific colour requests) are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
  • Sale Items: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
